Nick Lamshed is the director of GreenDot Consulting and is the Change Lead for user adoption of Office 365 across the Qantas group. Nick has shaped collaboration across Qantas, engaged leaders, and is responsible for adoption across 30,000 users distributed around the globe. Using skills in training, videos, and graphic design he has created a unique end-user focused journey through Office 365 that delivers both long term change, and flexibility as new features are released.
In an ever-changing Office 365 environment, sped up by Qantas being part of the first release program, Nick has helped Qantas be one of the world’s fastest adopters of new changes in Office 365.
